Service Description	Rate - Regular	Rate - After Hours	Exceptions/Notes
Live Telephone Support • Remote PC Support	$85/hr.	$127.50/hr.	Minimum 15 minute charge. Billed in 15 minute increments.
In-Store Service • PC Service • Web Site Design • Consulting/Research	$85/hr.	$127.50/hr.	Additional travel charges apply for pickup and/or delivery of hardware.
On-Site Service • PC Service • Workgroup Networking • Consulting/Training	$85/hr.	$127.50/hr.	After the 1st hour billing is in 15 minute increments.
Client/Server Networking • Microsoft Servers • Exchange	$100.00/hr.	$150.00/hr.	After the 1st hour billing is in 15 minute increments.
Travel Expense	min - $10	max - varies	All additional fees such as parking will be billed directly to the client.

Regular Telephone Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
Regular On-site Service Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

All Telephone calls and Service calls made outside Regular Hours, on Weekends and/or on Holidays, are considered 'After hours' and will be billed as such.
